The WestFarms mall has almost 160 stores and services. The West Farms mall has 14 quick-food eateries and 5 full-service restaurants. Westfarms Mall is anchored with Macy’s, which has 2 locations, JC Penney, Lord & Taylor and Nordstrom. Parking at WestFarms is free and there are plenty of parking spaces. However it may be a little bit hard to find a place especially near Macy’s. What is notable about its parking lot is that it is environmentally friendly – it’s all covered by grass. The mall offers no garage parking. There is no valet parking available.
The Westfarms Mall is open from 10:00 a.m. until 9:30 p.m. Monday to Saturday. On Sunday the mall is open from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., but the main entrance near Macy’s is open from 7:00 am for mall walkers. At Westfarms, it is said that the police makes at least 1 arrest per day. There are lots of shoplifters. Westfarms is a 2-floor mall and is renowned for its airy courts. The mall has no open-air spaces. The mall is considered rather upscale and its designers clearly set out to make this clear, as opposed to other pocket-friendly similar locations.
